Service Description
TownQuote provides a web-based calculator for towing professionals to generate accurate quotes including:
- Distance calculations between pickup, dropoff, and tow truck locations
- Automatic toll calculations for Florida roads (SunPass, Turnpike, I-95)
- Real-time fuel cost estimates
- HB 179 compliant invoice generation
- Quote sharing via WhatsApp and email
- PDF downloads with company branding
Use License
Permission is granted to use TownQuote for commercial towing operations under the following conditions:
- You must maintain an active subscription for premium features
- You may not reverse engineer or copy the software
- You may not use the service for illegal purposes
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you input

📋 HB 179 Compliance
TownQuote helps you comply with Florida HB 179 by generating detailed invoices. However, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your business practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Limitation of Liability
NardySolutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of TownQuote. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
